Conveying & Feeding

Raw or unprocessed materials are continuously and evenly fed from a certain equipment (hopper, silo, etc.) to the receiving equipment or transport machinery. The feeder for mine is used to supply materials uniformly or quantitatively from the storage bin or other storage equipment to the receiving equipment, which is an essential equipment for the automation of the flow operation.

The equipment has uniform particle size, simple structure, reliable operation and easy maintenance. Used in medium and fine crushing operations in metal mining, metallurgical industry, chemical industry, construction industry, cement industry and sand and gravel industry.

Crushing & Screening

Grinding equipment

Grinding equipment is the most widely used in ball mills. The ball mill is the key equipment for crushing the material after it is crushed. The grinding medium is a round body, a short column, a ball column and the like. The grinding body is generally a steel ball, and is loaded into the cylinder according to different diameters and a certain proportion. Steel segments are also available.

Classifying equipment

The classifier is widely used in the metal beneficiation process for particle size classification of the slurry, and can also be used for deliming and dewatering in the washing operation, and often forms a closed circuit with the ball mill.

Stirring tank

The agitation tank is the abbreviation of mechanical agitation leaching tank, which is divided into single propeller stirring and multi-paddle stirring. The trough body is cylindrical, and the bottom of the trough is spherical or flat. The center has a circulation cylinder, and the agitator is installed in the lower part of the circulation cylinder. The tank is usually made of carbon steel lined with acid-resistant bricks.

Thickening equipment

The concentrating equipment is suitable for the demineralization of concentrates and tailings in the concentrator, and is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, coal, non-metal ore dressing, environmental protection and other industries. High-efficiency concentrating equipment is not simply a settling device, but a new type of dewatering equipment that combines the filtration characteristics of the mud layer.

Drying equipment

Mainly used in the processing of mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, printing and other departments to dry certain humidity or particle size materials. The rotary dryer has strong adaptability to materials, can dry various materials, and the equipment operation is simple and reliable, so it is widely used.

Cyanide equipment

The cyanidation method is a method in which gold or silver in gold or silver ore is leached by using an aqueous solution of an alkali metal cyanide as a solvent, and then gold and silver are extracted from a solution containing gold or silver.
